that's what i'm trying to understand. there seems to be talk about ading the gm tune,then adding the hpt back on to get an addtional 30 hp. IMO,i thnk it's a straight tune like the hahn and hpt. i don't think you will gain anything,but a mssng 700 dollars. i could be wrong though

ADM PERFORMANCE will be a stocking dealer for this produc.It just gives us 1 more option for our customers.
As far as re editing what Gm has already done,the answer is yes we will be making changes to the calibration for bigger and better things.
Currently we have it on order from our local Gm dealer.I will be getting data on both the street as well as on the dyno once it is installed on our test vehicle.

Or, as Bill Duncan seems to indicate in this post, maybe HPT doesn't need to crack anything (???). Not sure he understood the question.
