the only thing i would worry about is cracking. the cel might cause issues when getting an inspection. i say spend the extra $100 and be done with it for the life of the car...no cels and good quality.

Get a Stainless Works DP with a Random Tech high flow cat in it. Anti foulers haven't worked since cars had crank starters.
