After reading some comparisons last night on the cobalt ss/tc forums (reading zzp and cia actually going at each other). The only major difference I could see between the 2 was cia uses a metal core cat vs. zzp using a magnaflow core but with high dpi count, zzp owns the fastest LNF vehicle currently. I will probably go ZZP myself I just can't see paying more money for something identical minus the cat being different. Other then that, the quality looks identical from the welds to the material used through out the thing. Both look like great down pipes.

Zzp definately makes some good stuff and at a great price. Their motto "go fast not broke" speaks for itself.
And as far as emissions go. I erased the code throught hp tuners because all they do here is plug you in through thr obd2 port

As far as I know CIA and ZZP also use the angled O2 to prevent CEL's, Hahn may have originally made it that way, but thank god for borrowed ideas to give us more choices and vendors to compete with each other or we would be paying 500 for a down pipe
