I havent had any trouble since then. It was a cold night, probably 15 degrees or so. DTC's were my fault. As embarrassing as it is to admit, too much boost below FOT. The coolant was about 96 degrees.... not enough fuel to keep the A/F at 14.7 stoich. I honestly am impressed with the gains from his tune. I would recommend it to anyone after driving it over 900 miles now.

The Trifecta Tune on a stock SS/TC has placed the WHP at 301. I posted the dyno for it.
Cost for it is 250.00 with a shipped tuner that is returned after the download.

Max HP is 301.15
Max Torque is 333.85 Ft/Lbs
Bone stock Cobalt SS/TC was used during this tune.

Alright. I looked into the Trifecta tune. It is alot of power for the money there's no doubting that fact. I see very similar numbers with my tune at a $75 premium, however, there is something troublesome about the Trifecta tune. It appears that in the effort to make that kind of power, there was some short cuts used. It seems that a near 20:1 A/F, seems a bit dangerous at 21psi and 6700 rpm doesnt it? I understand A/F will fluctuate throughout the power band and lean out at higher R's, especially with a heavy tune and factory equipment, but I would like a confirmation that I'm wrong about this before I would recommend it. After a dry run and a dyno confirmation, I see about 297 whp and 327 wtq but at a much more reliable 16.5:1 A/F... Suffice to say I lose economy but wont sacrifice my motor with those numbers... Just a suggestion/ concern. If I'm wrong by all means toss me some numbers n put me in my place.

Look at the analog data for the Cobalt SS. Stock numbers indicate slightly over the stoich 14.7 but still in nominal range. With the tune its actually OVER 20:1. Scary stuff if you ask me...
