We have not had seen any issues on our cars. Also, full vehicle warranty remains in effect so you should be covered.

Also, I don't like ordering a part and then finding out that it is on backorder.
If it is on out of stock, on back order, try calling Crate Engine Depot. 800-441-5150 they will probably have it in stock.

Went to my Dealer over Lunch to buy this kit and they looked it up and the LIST price was $750!! They said they could deal a little, but not come close to the GM direct cost of (473.20) He is waiting for his manager to come back to see what they can do.
I just spoke with Crate Engine Direct and they quoted me $550 and they have them in stock.
I would really like to support my local dealer, any idea why their list would show $750?

I heard from a dealer and confirmed it that the list price increased from $650 to $750 today.

Your dealer is being greedy. Just out of curiousity, how much did crate engines want to ship it?

I'm not convinced he is greedy, he showed me the screen and printed it out for me. His cost was $525. Crate engines only wants $12.95 shipping.

Sorry Bill I missed that. Sounds like Crate Engine Depot is the way to go.

My, times have changed for what you get for the $ for a performance part. I hope they don't run out of them before my Christmas bonus arrives (and the wife doesn't find out about it).
