Cobalt setup is different, as Hahn has 2 part numbers (1 for cobalt and 1 for the HHR). They are close to the same route but slightly different from what we hear.

Hahn is a high nickel steel we believe.

Order through us if you wish, as we are a cheaper than going Hahn direct.

Any questions let us know.

so far i've found that most of the parts for a Cobalt will work on a HHR.

right now i have a dejon hot side that came off my friend's Cobalt..... it bolts up, yea there's a tad bit difference in routing but not enough to make it mess up anything or break. i was unaware that Hahn actually made a hot side pipe just for the HHR SS, i wonder just how different it it.

i'll be switching to a ZZP hot side with their LNF coupler upgrade.... i'll get back to you on how the fit is.

I would go with Dejon or ZZP. Injen sells just a hotside pipe as well but its the one that goes over the top of the motor. I personally have Dejons and love them.

Cobalt and HHR are exact under the hood with the exception of the intake. Same motor same distances and such. If the piping was different then the intercoolers wouldnt work either because the endtanks would have to be changed.
