sounds like expensive garbage (although your price is better)... steel charge pipes coated or not means rust, no thanks (not your fault obviously)

I talked with CIA... they said a tune was required with their pipes.

Steel does rust, but after 3 years the only thing I've seen under the hood, was dust.

I just put these on.

You should tune with any pipes since the car is seeing more air. Theyre just telling it how it is

They tried to make it a "package" deal, another tune will come but I don't see the point in tuning just for the pipes, I still have more toys to add, then tune it again. so far the GMTU will suffice.

Do any of those tubes mount in the middle on top of the motor where the stock one mounts to, next to the air box?

No because theyre solid. The stock piping mounts there because it has those flexible ends so it moves around n such
