Went through it with GM on my Vibe, added, GMPP S/C, engine rod snapped, took it to dealer, dealer refused warranty. Went all the way up to GM, they said if it is indeed a GMPP AND was installed by an authorized installer, THEN it is covered, if not, you my friend are assed out! $900 and some hrs work later I had a new/used engine with less miles than mine had on it (22k!). I had to by the engine from a CorollaS at a local yard and un/install it myself. They would not touch it under warranty.

Correct assumption. They themselves would have to eleminate the ristrictions. I have a feeling that it's a Program, Piping, and Filter change. Should cost about $600.

I can see some nice options with the 255 kPa cap removed, then the Hahn tune as a new baseline and then the HPC on top of that to do your own mods from there. Gets expensive, but a nice tune could be had.

This surprises me also. Injector duty cycle's are currently super low, leaving plenty of head room. From what I've seen so far, the stock fuel system has no issues keeping up with the current 255 kPa limit.
