on a Stage kit. Crate Engine Depot had the cheapest price around shipped so I guess the wait begins. The folks at Rinke Chevrolet in Center Line will be doing the install for $190 if anyone is looking to have this done.

Happy smiles to you! You are going to love it! Your tires won't though. You'll be shopping for some a lot sooner unless you have a lot more control over this than me!

If its an Auto trans you will like it, If a 5-speed, you wont notice much of a difference.

I have an automatic so it will up the power greatly. I'm really excited for the torque increases in first and second gear the most.

Mine pulls the same as stock at best. I think GM just reprogramed the boost gauge to show more boost and not make anymore power. Im starting to think I wasted my money on this kit.

It's actually more likely that he would notice any increase in torque before HP. How much increase is there in torque with this kit?

Many people do not know the difference or what Torque is so I just keep the replys general terms.

Exspecially when they say they can feel any differance.

The jump is a big 260 to 315 FT-LB

I just remember the GM tech talking to me after the install. It was their first upgrade done. In his words "be careful it's not the same car".
