Price of a new ECM?

How much are they and has anyone bought one for a backup swap for Program mods? I was thinking about buying one before I mod the HHR so in case their is an issue with the tune.

At gmpartsdirect.com,

$163.08 for the 2.2L
$223.17 for the 2.4L

The HHR 2.0L was not listed...but for the 2.0 cobalt, it's $272.02
