SS Exhaust

I've been doing some searches on this site and on the web and I'm coming up dry on exhaust systems specifically for the SS. I am interested in a Hahn's based on others experience, but have they quit making them? The only readily available system I can find is the Magnaflow 16811. Does anybody have experience with that system? Do Cobalt SS systems also work on the HHR? I read in one post where the systems are bent the same but the hangars are in different locations. Did I join the game too late to get in on the goodies?

i have the magnaflow and love it. Nice tone, not loud until you get on it and doesn't drone on the highway.

Exhausts for Cobalt SS/TC's bolt right up. The only difference being the piping needs to be 1" longer if you have an auto HHR SS otherwise the exhaust tip doesn't stick out far enough. DP's are direct bolt-ons too.

i have magnaflow and love it, i has a great sound, now high pitched or raspy, real deep and nice, groggles quite a bit and it just makes the car sound amazing.

Yeah they still make 'em you can buy from their website, also it's not listed but they still make the slightly longer DP for the Automatic.

So you call them or email them? Most of the time manufacturers sell at full list price on their own website to work with their distributors, what's the cheapest place to buy Hahns?

I believe TTR is one of the cheapest. Pm Aaron and he will get you all set up. Great service as well.

TTR no longer carries HAHN. You have to go thru them. Ask nicely, they might give you a decent discount. I bundled the IC with the DP and got $200.00 shaved off the bill.

There is a group purchase going ending tomorrow on the Cobalt SS forum, obviously for a Cobalt SS, Turbo XS exhaust and downpipe that looks like pretty good stuff for the money, and a couple of you have mentioned that the Cobalt SS system should bolt up. Are the hangars in the same location? I'd love to jump on this but I am skeered. Here's the response of the PM to TTR I sent:

You can contact Turbo XS direct, we are not 100% sure as we are not the manufacture, but they would know if you called them direct.
