My GM Tune was put in today, It took 1 hour of labor and $117 later I was out the door.
I was the first one to have this done at my dealer in the HHR and thanks to all the great post in this forum I arrived at the dealer with proper instructions for the Tech. I gave him the updated drawing based on Document ID: 1910765 which shows the correct pin out connection (thanks Dennis) and Aaron's instructions to remove the boss from the scensor. It took took 20 minutes to install the parts and 40 min to flash the ECM.
Before I was out of sight of the dealership I spooled up over 20 psi and broke the tires loose.
The best advice I can give you anyone who has not had GM Kit installed is this.. get it installed, drop the hammer and keep your eyes on the road!!!

Strange I know but I ignore a lot of stupid comments but thats what the parts guy said. How do I fight it and where would it be marked as not covered in the system? I guess I could write a nasty graham to GM themselves.

So this morning on the way to work, I just had to try it out again and it hit 21psi and started to light the tires up in 2nd gear. pretty cool. 3rd Gear is a major pull as well. I'm gunna run down and put some 100 oct in it soon and hit the track and dyno.

Well the Wife wanted to take a ride tonight and had a Blast. She asked me what else I needed to do to it? :surprised I said exhaust is next. She might even buy it for me.
We bought a few CD's and Drove around. When I bought the HHR she hated it and thought it was Ugly. Now she loves it. Love ya hun.
