Those who used Hptuners...
When you tuned your SS was it listed on HPtuners site as compatable?
http://www.hptuners.com/products/vcmsuite_vehicles.php
It lists:
05-10 Chevy Cobalt 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 (05-06 2.2 Not Supported)
06-09 Pontiac Solstice 2.0, 2.4 (Transmission Not Supported)
07-09 Saturn Sky 2.0, 2.4 (Transmission Not Supported)
It says "HP Tuners is pleased to announce the release of VCM Suite 2.2.0. This release is HUGE! We've added Ford V8, GM LBZ/LMM Duramax, GM Vortec V8/V6, GM Solstice/Sky 2.0 Turbo, GM Alloytec V6 for US vehicles, almost 50 new late model GM scanner MPIDs"
So they added the sky and solstice but removed the HHR now? Has anyone tuned using this new software? Did you find this to be a problem to tune?
Thanks

You are looking at the "GM L4 Cars"....
Look at the next section down, "GM L4 Trucks".
See the HHR now?
If you're considering buying, request a copy of the latest 2.23 beta via support at HPTuners dot com after the purchase. Better stuff with that. Public release of 2.24 should be coming soon.

You could contact BYTurbo (hes on the cobalt ss forums) and is considered one of the best tuners for the LNF Delta platforms. You could just drive down and have him tune it for you with a Trifecta/HPT tune, which gives you the benefits of the Trifecta with some tuneability with HPT. This way you wont have to actually buy HPTuners unless you just want to learn it.
I will probably be driving up to have him do my tune all the way from Alabama, but I do need to visit my family up that way they live in the Johnstown area. So its no big deal really.

We are planning to buy it. We have a few cars we want to tune and since all are GM and supported it makes it cheaper then going to a tuner for each car, and then in the future more tunes after future mods are done.
