GMPartsDirect not only has exorbitant shipping rates, they do not stock anything. Instead they rely on a network of dealers and shipping is slow as molasses. I've waited 3 weeks for parts from them.

Another option to consider is http://www.gmotors.com/. They are a Chevy dealer in Gainsville, FL. Great prices, reasonable shipping, and they almost always ship the same day as the order is made.

hmmm. I got my SS/TC springs from GMPD pretty quickly & shipping was only $12. No complaints here..

But agree, no customer service...Unless you get creative..
