2.2 Exhaust Tips?

I'm looking for an exhaust tip to put on my 2.2L HHR. I bought a Gibson one (http://www.gibsonexhaust.com/dci.html), thought it would fit, but doesn't. I Measure the tailpipe and it looked close to 2.25 in, but I guess it's smaller than that. I can't seem to find any that look similar to the Gibson one I bought. I want one that looks like the ones on the 2LT's and SS's, and this looks identical.

Anyone have any ideas where I can get a tip like that that would fit?

Ok...my dad had a great idea. I think I'm going to swing by Muffler Man (maybe tomorrow...not sure) and see if they can just tack weld it on.

Hopefully that will work!

We know the guy that owns Muffler Man, so it probably wont be too much.

Besides, we don't know anyone with a mig! That's what sucks when you don't have too many friends!

Ok, so my grandpa had an even better idea. He thinks that he has got quite a bit of old pipes laying around, and he's sure he would have one that would fit over my exhaust pipe, and then the tip would fit over that.

Hopefully that should work!

Not that anyone cares, but I got back from Muffler Man this morning.... $10, and they welded it on. Not too bad! I looked this morning at the dealer before I went there to see again what the stock looked like, and I see they sit in pretty far under the bumper. I want mine to stick out a little bit so the bumper doesn't get dirty from it (which it was). I also noticed that my tip actually does fit on the new models. Wonder if they changed anything since 2006? Seems odd if mine would have been replaced already....
