Add a supercharger or turbo to chevy hhr

i have a 2009 chevy hhr 2.o i want to add a super charger or turbo to can it be done and who carrys kits havent been able to find anything

There are a several members running S/C, or T/C set up on their 2.2 engines.
Cobalt came stock with S/C & later a T/C.

Did you use the search function, lots of info there..

If you have a 2.0 you have an SS and that is already turbo charged.

nope 2.2 non turbo wanted to add a supper charger or turbo to it if it can be done.

I'm just curious about how well the stock bottom end will hold up to the added horspower?? Sounds you can really (almost double) increase horsepower when all is said and done..

We have turbo manifolds (intake and exhaust) and a lot of other items to get you turbocharged... Check out our site...

As long as the boost is kept at a moderate level ~8psi and a good tune it should still be a reliable build. Almost double hp is getting to the point of engine failure. Most people with 2.2l stop @ ~200whp for reliabilities sake.
