Best product remove water spots??

I have the stock 16" rims on my LT1 and sometimes I get to close to the sprinklers. I haven't found a cleaner the removes them or something to buff it out. Any recomendations on products or techniques??

this will get rid of the spots for good?
Because I used this wheel cleaner from Groit's Garage and it went away but the next day you could still see where the spots use to be.

are they clear coated? treat them like you would paint

maybe meguiars deep crystal step 1 polish, then hit them with regular wax afterward

A couple of friends have said that a clay bar works on windows with water spots....you might try it.
