check eng light
I know this going to get a lot of we need codes, but I have not had time to go by auto zone. But the check eng light come and goes with the out side temp any ideas to the cause. If the temp is be low 45 deg the light come on get above that and it gone. The only thing i have done to the eng was replace O2 sen with the last check eng light came on. That was about 30 days ago ?

We're that predictable huh? But you nailed it, no codes, no useful help, just guesses.
My thought are the same as George's. Using the SWAG principle, at first blush it sounds like a duff thermostat, but post up the codes when you can.

With the correlation being spotted between the temperature and the CEL coming on, it sounds like you have been dealing with it for a while?
What was the code related to the O2 sensor replacement?

However if it is the thermostat jammed open, making it slow to warm up, not only does it throw a code, typically the temperature gauge quits working, the digital temp goes to "----" and the A/C stops working. The OP made no mention of those symptoms though. So he is right - get that code and go from there.

Still dont have the code i a hoping to do it tomarow. The ac does work fine and the heat come up just fine. as far as the code for the O2 sen i dont remember the code . I had them wrote down but lost the paper i had them on. And yes it could be the car does just has arthritis LOL .I just thought it was strange that it come and goes with out side temp and other then that runs fine. I have not seen a drop in miles per gal. will get codes and post
