Post Flywheel

Would swapping the flywheel help bring down the revs faster on the engine? I figure the most reciprocating mass would be that heavy ass stock flywheel, and a lighter one might help with that.

A lighter flywheel will actually rev quicker and higher. Unfortunately, you lose torque off the line without the mass to help you. If you're referring to the annoying "clutch-in rev" when shifting gears Trey, that is computer controlled and will not go away after swapping the flywheel.

from what i have researched on cobalt you'll save around 10lbs with a lighten flywheel i haven't gotten any feed back yet from some one with a 2.4L or 2.2L specificly to testify how it feels before and after, me living in kansas with NO hills i have thought to go that way but would be the very last thing i did after a tune which would bring my tq to about stock with all other supporting mods should be good
