hey Guys hope you dont mind a G5 Gt same engine different look is all,love the HHR though,comming from a vibe gt Im partial to the look of a four door with the hatchAnyways. Im posting here cause I had a few visits from your members who have taken an interest in the JBP cams Im about to test.These cams have been updated to the 2.7L stage 2 triflow cams,I have just got back from picking them up,and I will be putting them back on Sunday,Im gonna ride with them for a week, then do the dyno for jbodyperformance,gains are expected between 22 and 28WHP or you can convert that to the crank??. Being that we are vvti we should not have to tune these in,unlike our non-vvti counterparts. Im sitting here looking at these cams and its killing me cause I have to wait for my bud to put them on for me on Sunday,anyways Ill update you all on Monday as to how the cams feel and interact with our 2.4s. Ill be sure to post here more often now that I sighned up I been lurking here for a few months cause we are gonna add the 2.4 HHR to the family in the spring Talk to you all in a few days

You are thinking like me,Were hoping a tune wont be nessasary,that way we all can save our money and wait for all the goodies to be on the car first,once again a hp tune alone is worth 15 to 20 WHP and then if you want to do a valve swap eventually it also raises your rev limitor,my favorite thing is also that hp tuners flattens out the torque curve along with shift management

well guys the cams have been in for a week now, and all I can say is holy frickin wow! these have to be the best mod for our cars hands down,amazingly the car took right to them and no tune was required, but I'm sure one would make the cams even better, thecar just screams with power from 3800rpm up, I noticed no loss of low end torque,the power actually frightened me a couple of nights ago,I downshifted on the highway going up a slope and the cams unleashed their power.I will say that a downpipe would compliment the cams though, cause the intake cam is the more agressive of the two and it just suckin in the air and the stock DP can't keep up.oh yeah the engine screams loud aggression when you hit the 3800rpm and higher so be wary of scaring kids and small animals

they have already started selling them...anyways my dyno went to ****, the dyno was ****ed and actually showed me at a decrease of power more money shot,,nor could we get into the hp tuners so we are trying to resolve this and get a dyno/tune at a better shop
