That does sound good, but at $500 I just can't justify it. I've talked with one of the members here through text messages that picked up the Magnaflow system which I've heard is very similar to the GMPP setup and he said that it wasn't worth the money...very little to no increase in power. I honestly think for the money you'd be better off finding a reputable muffler shop to set you up with just an axle back setup or just a new muffler.

I went with the Imco T-910 and mine sounds better than your sound bite, as it sounds too ricer.

Did you buy your Imco online? I think my local muffler shop can get the imco products but I thought I'd just order online and have them install.

I run a GMPP system on my 2011 2LT, love the sound, not "ricey" to me at all.

Although it was expensive, and going with the Borla branded version of the system only saves maybe $50.

I'm sure it's nice but at $500, I just can't justify it. Some of the best exhausts I've ever had were the one's that were pieced together. I had thought about just picking up a Borla universal but I worry that it may be too loud.

It would depend on the model of Borla, some can be very "ricey" depending on the size of the inlet/outlet and the physical size of the "can" itself. The GMPP/Borla exhaust is very well matched to the HHR, its aggressive, but not excessively harsh.

Yeah for the price I'll probably just go with the Imco. I've heard good things about them before and at least a few members here are running them. The magnaflow universals are not really what I'm looking for sound wise and I just can't spend 5 bills on an exhaust...maybe much later down the road.
