Well i did a search and didn't notice any one finding this or these what ever they should work i will run a part # search when it becomes wensday

OK I did the part # n 2.4 Cobalt and 2.4 HHR (both 5spd) Fly Wheel parts are the same so the HHR does have a start, Cat back on the market, CAI, Lighter Fly wheel (which really does help), And tunning. your welcome

They all work, it's that alot of poeple think a light weight f/w will give U more power. It only frees up the power U already have by reducing the reciprocating unsprung weight. I've installed lightened f/w's on many cars in my lifetime all the way back to the early 80's (VW's) when U had to put the stock 1 on a lathe & have the weight shaved off. But, it worked! It makes the throttle response very snappy & rev's like a crotch rocket. But yes it will make the car just a bit faster cause it has the same affect as removing weight from the vehicle. I had a 91 Suzuki Swift GT, 1.3ltr 16 valve & w/ a shaved f/w from 10 down to 7 lbs would try to pull the tires loose in first gear on dry pavement just from acceleration. The 1 draw back I know from this mod is U will notice U have to change your driving technic just a bit when taking off in firdt gear. It tend to want to bog a little cause it doesn't have the off idle torque w/ the lighter f/w.
As far as the intake & exhaust, I would just say do some research on these cause I know what works on a Honda or Acrua but these HHR's are all new to me. I'm sure the after market is gonna fill up quickly w/ so many of these things getting alot of interest. Sorry for such a lengthy post but I just wanted to make myself clear on alot of rumours & myths about the f/w's. Later!

Maybe his engine is located on one of the wheels, and therefore is unsprung weight?
