I should have a individual price and a group buy price by this evening.

I've decided to be counted out of the mirror caps. I'm still in for other accessories, but I'd rather go to some body-mounted GT mirrors. I think it'll contribute to the retrofuturistic styling.

Pic of the mirrors?

Also I will be sending in my bowties and center radio trim at the same time I get the mirrors done so I can get some photos of those up once they are in. Should be a couple weeks out since I have to wait for the mirror caps to get here, then I have to send the whole kit out to him, then he has to do it and send it back.

I still would love to know if anyone is interested so keep posting if you are!

Retrofuturistic, not retro. Older cars had smaller mirrors, newer cars use alot of carbon fiber... I think it's a good combination for the HHR and it will look MUCH better than the giant mirrors on there now. Not to mention I'm sure it'll help me up top in some small way by decreasing weight and lowering drag. It's cosmetic and functional.

As far as pricing goes, once he gets a better idea of the time and costs he needs to put into it he can give me an accurate single buy price and group buy prices. Once I get mine done I will open up a group buy. You will have two options with this. One you can either take your mirrors caps off and use those, or you can purchase a new pair. I just picked up a pair for $29. I found them yesterday for $20 but could not for the life of me find them again, but I know they are out there. Keep in mind, the more people who buy caps, trim, bowties, whatever, the cheaper it will be!
