I kind of was wondering that also. Very hard to read and understand especially with no punctuation...

I believe to answer the question, you can use the search function. You already know that some have tried/done it. But, to answer it simply, you may need to roll to fenders.

The Secret Is To Type Every Word With Caps Lock On. This Forum Obviously Has Software That Prohibits Posts In All-caps.

That Must Be Something New Because I Know In The Past We've Been Able To.

WHY WOULD ANYONE WANT TO TYPE IN ALL CAPS ANYWAY SINCE IT IS CONSIDERED YELLING ONLINE?

20's are possible. And it wasn't your tire size. Check the offset of the wheel they were trying. They Probably had too shallow an off set which pushed the inside lip of the wheel closer to the strut. My wheels are 20x8.5 and have no need to roll my fender. We just found a decent offset. (have no idea what it was but can find out). I am running 225/30r20 and the side wall isn't straight up and down. it bows in a little bit. Its the only tire they had here at the time. Going with something wider soon as these wear out. And I will get close ups soon to show what I mean.
