Harvey is black so I used the smoke vent visors. But my wife has a Toyota Tundra and we painted her's to match the truck and they really look great. We used the vent visors that go on the outer area with tape, not the ones that going in the window guide. We didn't want the black edge of the rubber molding to show.

See ya down the road

No website reference? It's an interesting idea. I'll go search on "vent visors".

Bud, how long would the paint last on something like that with wear and tear? And, don't the taped on ones look funny from the inside? (I shouldn't talk - my visor is NOT the prettiest sight from where I sit!)

I don't know what the life expendency is. I had the outside of the vent visors painted. From the inside you just see black. I have the taped ones on Harvey and they don't look weird from the inside looking out. The smoke ones I have on Harvey are transparent.
Mitzkity are you and hubby going on DejaVous Rendevous?? Please pass the word on this outing. 30 HHRs all together will be the biggest g2g that I have heard of so far. Remember stock, mild or wild. The only thing we are going to have is fun.

See ya down the road
