I was messing with fonts this morning and I found a site that you can download different fonts..They have a ton so i'm sure there is something for everybody..

:twothumbs Hotel CORAL Essex is the last font added. Remember Revenge Of The Nerds II? When they blew out the neon lights to make the sign read Hot__ _ORAL __sex!

Great site I think I found the right font for me. I had been looking through MS Word last night and there wasn't anything close.

Put my plain HHR on today. Like the look but I do want a custom one.

What material should I use?

BTW I had more trouble than what most have said getting the cover off. One part holding a clip broke off and on the oposite side it cracked a little. It looks like a new cover is needed. I'll switch them out when I get the new one made.

Mr Bumpstops in trying to do the quick snap technique as described by others.... went slow and managed to stretch/break the plastic in 2 of the 4 places where the clip snaps into place on the plastic cover. I'm sure if he did the quick snap, it wouldnt have done that. Once reassembled, the unit looks like nornmal, no sign that anything is amiss.
