Back to the original topic...

I saw a white HHR at a local dealership here in St. Louis with a ground effects kit being sold as new with upgrade ground effects. The lower air dam in front was a bit "beefier" and it did not look bad at all. Most noticable was the rear bumper ground effects which had the stock polished chrome tip on the drivers side and a matching replica polished chrome tip out the rear passenger side.

It was sold and I now see it driven by some blonde lady around the area (she waved at me in my HHR once) but never got a chance to talk to her.

I may even have a picture or two I took of it at the dealership when I saw it on the lot.

Yup, I saw it at Feld too. Some pics of it on the lot in my gallery. Met the owner once and see it driving around a lot. It looks better each time I see it. It was a Razzi kit.

Are you thinking of something like this?

That would be the Southern Comfort Conversions HHR. I've seen a bunch of those. Nice kits but what I like best about them is the two-tone fade paint they do on the HHRs they work on.

You're right - the 2 tones are great. I've got most of them in my collection on the computer. I do like the ground effects as well. Would like to 2 tone mine, but don't have the nerve to pull the trigger. No going back....

I definitely like the Razzi kit! What I like most are the bumpers. How they are smooth and don't have those "knobs" sticking out. I *HOPPE* this is what the dealer offers me!

It looks like FactoryWings.com will ship that kit to me, painted, for $1560.00.
If the dealer offers this to me for $2K - should I take it?
How hard is it to install yourself?
