Somebody has some more grinding and filling to do. Why don't you just get rid of the bowtie while you're at it?

thats the reason why I dont want to go ahead with this project...too much grinding and filling...its a PITA and I dont have the proper equipment or time for such a project.

That Bowtie removal is more difficult than it may seem. Just the way the "cradel' for the Bowtie is....grind, build back up smooth.

Of course. Apparently it grows in the desert.



I just added a cable tie base mount under the inside of the front bumper to hold the grill more securely in the center, and it help quite a bit.

I did mine this past weekend, wasn't too bad to do. I used gutter guard and it took a couple of tries before I got it completely right for me.

Made mine yesterday. does not look bad at all. I feel better knowing it is somewhat protected for now.
