Fog lamp inserts

How do the inserts for the fog lamps come out? Do they pop off or do they have a clip?

there are 3 tabs on the back
just use a screwdriver and ease them out from the back
helps allot if you roll the car on some ramps

Are you installing fog lights, if so (oem/ aftermarket) ? We`ll need pics if aftermarket/ B/B
