Going two tone

I think I finally got the fiance talked into keeping the HHR if we make it a little more to her liking and little more hers as well. So her main issue was the color of the car, plain white, and her favorite color is green. What we're thinking is a two tone Green top half way down with some flames coming off the bottom. Ive seen another HHR with this concept but since my computer crashed havent been able to find it. Anybody seen one like this or is good at photoshop to do a design for me so I can show her? heres some pictures to play with

What kind of green are you gonna use? Something like the green that Dodge uses on their new chargers or what?

That was my next question im not real sure but im going to guess about 3k ish. I got an estiment from a guy a while back and if I remeber it was about 50 an hour ish plus the paint of course, will have to try and find that to double check for sure. Does this sound about right or am I way off on this part?
