Headlight Problem
Okay....I am having a problem with my passenger side headlight. Whenever I use the high beams-they work fine. However, when I use the low beams- it doesn't work at all. Any Ideas?

I am having that exact same problem with the passenger headlight!!
When I unlock my car with the key fob the light works fine, when I start the car the headlight goes off, but the high beams work fine. I took it to the dealer on Wednesday they also said it was the bulb so they replaced the bulb under warranty.
I took it home thinking they fixed the problem, my husband said 'did you check it does it work?" I told him no I didn't check it so we went out and checked it, didn't work. So I called them and took it back on Thursday but of course it was working fine then. After looking it over they determined it was the fuse box and ordered me a new one.
Will find out if that is the problem when it comes in and they replace it.

A new fuse block ??? for one low beam light ?? What they can't find the bad conection at fuse # 66 passenger'side low beam !!!
Try moving that fuse around and see if light goes out or comes on and off as you wiggle fuse

I have heard that SOME HHR's have been built with a faulty underhood fuse box. It's a 2 piece configuration. The fault was in the molding process and sometimes the male tabs do not line up with the female slots (ahhh, grow up guys).
AND THIS IS REALLY THE PROBLEM EXPERIENCED for those WHO SAY THAT PUSHING THE FUSES corrected an electrical problem. The downward pressure was actually the correction....not the fuse.
Take it or leave it. Just information.
Start your flamming , NOW.

Snoopy is correct, although I can't say this is the problem on the low beam light. I hope they tried a bulb first and checked the pins in the connector.
Snoopy for president? Hmmmmm....Okay I'm good with it!!!
We do see a lot of different electircal issues solved by replacing the fuse boxes in many different models.
