I have bought three "SS" emblems from my dealer. Question: Should I remove the "LT" emblem from the gate and put one there? Other two I will install on the front doors, similar to the Trailblazer SS. Opinions please.

I've said the same thing since people started putting SS badges on their HHRs but it especially holds true with a real HHR SS coming out. People who are putting SS badges on their HHRs are sure going to feel silly sitting next to and getting spanked by a real HHR SS.

Rebadging... if you're going to upgrade to 4 wheel disk brakes and slap a turbo on it... maybe a short ram intake and an exhaust then go ahead.
If you're not going to do performance mods to bring it up to what 'SS' would be... then don't.

I agree but what about replaceing the ''R" with the one from the SSR. Is that alright?

If you’re comfortable with it. I don't even like that Chevy decided to use the big red racing R in the SSR logo. To me a big red R usually means rice because every boy racer tosses one on their car around here. If you've got a 5' tall spoiler, ridiculous vinyl graphics, and a 6" diameter exhaust tip you need a big red R too!
