opinions please

I totally agree. If you ask 10 people for an opinion you get 9.5 different opinions. It is your HHR and this is still the United States of America, do what you like and what makes your HHR cool for you.

You gotta do what makes YOU feel good. But me, I kinda laugh at those who do these things. But I would do the SS before the racing R.
I say go for it!

I think I'm going to take it off soon. I'm tired of it like I was with most of my previous mods.........Like the vinyl ghost flames. I'm kind of 50/50 about it though. Sometimes I look at my HHR and it looks bad ass with the scoop then other times I look at it and I think it messes up the lines of the car.

No one has asked me about my 1957 Chevy HHR wood floor yet...
Or a 1949 Chevrolet HHR Grill...
I even have a set of 1957 Corvette Flags under the hood...
I have no problem with what others do to their HHR... as along as they like it... I encourage creativity... Especially since a large percent of the HHRs here on the ChevyHHR forums have emblems, accessories and parts from other vehicles...
Dare to be different... it would be boring if we were all the same...

Don't take it off without posting a picture first... I'd love to see that...
Or at least point me to the post where the picture is...

Looks like someone already did a similar SS logo placement...

Makes me wonder where GM will actually place the emblems when (and if) they ever start building one...

Why fake something you do not have? What is the point of a faux SS?
