Question Part Number Rear view mirror

Does anyone know the part number for the auto diming rear view mirror. I think it is standard on 2LT's.

Also anyone know if you can swap them out?

I think it comes with the onstar controls, so I do not know if that would cause a problem.

I don't know the part number but I know there is one without OnStar. Mine doesn't have it.

Hey D......

I have the OEM auto dimming mirror without On-Star. It has the compass and 2 interior lights.

If you want to check installation, let me know...we can g2g.

My stereo system finally vibrated my rearview mirror off the front window the other day so I can pull it off by hand now and haven't tightened it back down yet. I went out and wrote down all the numbers on the mirror but none of them corresponded with a GM part number. I found a link to a place that has them but it doesn't list a part number along with them.

I can't link directly to the search so just type mirror in the box. There are a bunch of them to cover with or without OnStar, Sunroof, and stuff like that.

You could replace your stock mirror with the same mirror or one similar to the mirror HHR PNOY wrote a how to on. At least it's a thought if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to the GM mirror.
