Lightbulb Photoshop Gurus...I need your help

Thinking about getting some of these for Smoke. I've included the auction below so you can check it out. They come in several different colors, but I'm leaning more towards the Gold...or possibly the black.

Could one of you make this car Sunburst Orange? Maybe do graphic in gold as indicated on the auction as well. Really needing to get some idea on where to head with this one.

Thanks for the quick reply sjssk...I appreciate what you have done and that doesn't look all that bad. I wrote to the eBay seller and asked him to put it on my HHR if he could and here's a quick job he did for me. Picture is large so you can see it in more detail. Just keep clicking on it until it's all by itself.

Here's what he's thinking might be an idea to tie this in that he sent me in an email.

Please see the attached picture. This, in my opinion, is what i think would look absolutely great on your car. I did some photoshop work you. The main graphic I am suggesting to be Black fading to clear, giving the look of the graphic just fading into your car. The HHR logo that's part of the graphic, I'm suggesting that it be Black, to match the graphic, with a thin Lt. Gold outline, to match your pinstripe. And speaking of your pinstripe, I'd like to suggest that you have one of the two lines in the pinstripe changed to black (I laid a black line on the pinstripe in the photoshop photo, trying to show you how it'd look), therefore tieing everything together giving you a Lt. Gold and Black theme on the car. This color theme with the black in it would blend in nicely with your tinted windows and vent visors. Please let me know your thoughts.

By the way, I very much like your HHR; love the color, wheels, tinted windows. Looks great!

I like the look he created Deb. The two-tone stripes do tie it all together nicely.

I really like the graphic, but I wonder if it would look better in gold. IMO the black makes it look too Halloweeny. I think the gold would brighten the orange and look great with your stripe.

The more I deal with all of this...the more confused I get. Henry and I have been hashing this all over and he thinks the gold would look better and much more subtle and would blend in better with the paint...but the black looks nice too. I really do like the theme he's come up with, but like Doug said...it could look to Halloweeny.

Decisions...decisions...decisions.

One thing I would be cautious of is what color the gold will be with the SOM behind it. Go to a vinyl shop and have them put a piece on to test.
