Chevy is now adding pinstripe directly from the plant... (checked chevrolet.com, and click build, 08 HHR and type in your zip) it's towards the bottom of the build page... wonder if this is going to be a painted pinstripe or vinyl

I think it would be vinyl like the spring edition HHR pinstripe

When I picked up my 2007 2LT on Dec 14, 2007, the salesman stated, "We can remove the pinstripe if you like." That makes me think it is vinyl.
