Has any one removed the front license plate holder? I know there will be holes but how bad does it look and did you find anything to disguise it?

 

Yes

I just drilled out the pop rivets and then replaced them with some galvanized screws painted silverstone and found some black rubber plugs at Autozone for the lower holes. It is the best I could do since the ugly plate was already on when I got my HHR and I don't need a front plate in NC. I think it looks ok but I wish I didn't even have the holes.

 

I used plastic body pushpins and painted the top the color of my car and the bottom black. I got the smallest heads I could find.
