Repainted the bow tie

Repainting my bow tie today, I got the front done so far. I did it in a dark metallic charcoal gray to match the carbon fiber decals for the SS symbols. The paint changes from dark gray black to a regular dark gray like my carbon fiber decals. Doing the back side now, imo is harder because there isn;t as much of a gap between the symbol and chrome.

Sorry about the links, haven't figured out how to put them in the thread box yet.

Looks good. As for posting the actual pics in the post:

Go to your gallery and click the picture you want. Below the pic copy the entire BB Image Code. Simply paste that code into the post

Looks good. My rear bowtie somehow got cracked and pulled off, and even the vinyl sticker was cleanly torn...don't know what happened cause I sure didn't hit anything...but the end result is me finally being motivated to get new, painted, bow ties. The goal is black on the face and red on the beveled edges, but if that fails then all black. I'll throw some pictures up when it's done.

Almost sounds like someone was trying to pull it off (maybe trying to steal it)?

Very nice! I'll go that route after my warranty is up and they stop replacing my water damaged rear bowtie every 4 months for free.
