I did this same type install on my cavalier and was amazed at how little air even came out the Extended side. It was like half the pressure and hardly any heat at all. I am wondering if it is the same on this car. Any feedback on people with the duals....is it equal pressure and such?

Wow....good thinking !!! How about it...you people with duals???

That is the area that I ran into major resistance. Nobody even thought of..it will only be a portion of the exhaust.

One other edit...does anyone know what kind of mufflers they are???

well on mine when it is cold in the morning i see about equal "smoke" coming from both sides i went with some cheap mufflers off ebay i will be going with some mangaflow dual circles sooner or later, i mean i noticed a difference with the dual's, i haven't gotten down there and touched them to see if they get as hot as the original side

The ones on the pic above look like resonators with tips welded on Snoopy. Only way I can think of to get equal flow would be to use a true 'y' pipe. Not a 't' like above. The exhaust will follow the path of least resistance and only flow to the other side when it gets backed up with the above setup. Had the same kind of thing on my Prelude, then bought a 'y' shaped exhaust tip from autozone and used that to force the exhaust out both pipes. Still had more "smoke" as it were, from the short side.
