This is the original rebate form... they don't want a copy of it.. you can make a copy for yourself.

is there a way to keep the fogs on while the high beams are on? cause this is how my grand prix was to, but found a "mod" that just involved jumping a relay to another reelay alowwed for the fogs to stay on with the high beams.
