Thumbs up Street Scene Valance Grille

http://www.autoanything.com/billet-g...aspx?kc=ff1711

HELLO!
I was wondering if anyone has this bumper grille for their HHR!

I was considering getting the traditional billet bumper grille,
such as this 1 that 'barberpole' has:

then I came across this 'Street Scene Valance Grille' & thought it might look cool. Anyone have any thoughts?!?

Better yet...anyone have any pics of this grille installed?!?
I don't recall seeing this grille on any HHR pics on here.

Don't do it! Street Scene grilles are for Civics and Fast and Furious wannabes. They just say rice all over them. That's probably why they show an xB.

I happen to think it would look good. Much better than the carriage works grill.

Go Carriage Works since it flows well with the current grilel design.

Change'em both out if you want to go with another style grill. I think the valance grille will make the HHR look like one of the GMC Envoys I see. I like it on them, but like CH, I'm not sold on it with the HHR.

Heck, I'm weird in that I LIKE the main stock chrome grill that Chevy devised. Lots of folks goin' nuts changing them out and me just happy to have what I got. Chevy made a good design that attracted many of us to the car. That said, I did go with a Carriage Works lower grill to since Chevy has this design "omission" that needs to be addressed lest we make our condenser holey.
Here's Iron Man's grill setup:

I like the look but agree it doesn't really compliment the upper grill

I ordered one in May because they offer it in satin chrome. When it didn't deliver after two weeks, I tried many times to reach their customer service dept. Finally, I got through and found out it would take 5 months to get one. I asked for a refund!

Can you find a way to order directly from Street Scene? That might resolve the problem. Let me know if it does. I love that grille and really want one for my HHR.

if it is just mesh that you can trim and make your own, i'd say grab it cause it looks nice. If its pre made for the car, I'd try to track down an autoparts store locally that sells it and then try it. That way if its crap you can take it back and not have to worry about sending it back it some on line joint and never receiving credit.
