I would LOVE to have this on my hhr. Its the reason I didn't get a factory sunroof. It just wasnt big enough.

I didn't see pricing or anything on that website, but im still looking

I tried finding a pic with it rolled all the way back but i couldnt find one. It's so open. I'd love to have it. If i could get it for around 1500 id do it instantly.

Yeah. That's not bad. I didn't order a sunroof for mine either, but the dealership offered to do an aftermarket sunroof, but was going to cost 1200 for a single. For 1500, the style you showed certainly would be well worth the investment.

The front sunroof when open partially covers the back one, so you may not be getting as large an effect as you want. And since they both open to the outside, as opposed to the factory ones that stay in the roof, they dont look as nice when opened. The old style-where the glass actually lifted out of the opening, could be large since it does not need room to slide back. But then you have the problem of where to stow it.

So how was the visit? What did you find out? How did the sunroof look in person?

I went there this morning before I came to work and I loved the look of some of them. I didn't like the one in the pic below, The one I liked was a little smaller and it only had one pane. He is looking into see if there is a sunroof that would stay inside the roof. As Lee said, I like it inside the roof better as well. He said he will call me back within a week. If he doesnt find anything I'll probably just end up waiting or doing a single pane sunroof.
