So, did you do a base full bowtie paint job then tape off the center to paint.

yes I painted the whole thing silver, then looked at it for awhile and remembered that I had some 3/8" graphic tape and taped the outside perimeter and sprayed the center black, haven't cleared yet as I was not sure how much I would like it. Thinking of changing it to skull centers though. It only took about 15 min. a side, pretty easy.
