That would just be your standard vinyl, used in sign making, advertising, automotive graphics, etc. I've seen the term 2D vinyl used to distinguish the "emblem" decals (flat stickers) as you see sold on ebay from real emblems. A true emblem would be of plastic or metal and three dimensional.
