vent visor
#11
Saw a summit white HHR yesterday at the Advance Auto Parts around the corner. It had a set of stick-on ventvisors that had been painted to match the body. They looked good, although I can't say the same for some of the other junk that the dealer had loaded on it.

I had the in-channel on mine. when I had the tint re-done the guy showed me how they were scratching the glass.
You would never see it when the window was up and it was on on the top edges, but it was still there.
For now, I'm going with-out.
They are real nice to have in the summer though and I may change my mind. If I do I'll get the in channel again. the scratches were very minor to me and I thought they looked much better than the tape-ons.

The allow you to leave the windows on your car cracked with out worrying about rain.

Well not too sure about the in-channel ones or the scratch issue. I have had the stick on ones on my last 3 cars including my HHR. I have not had any of them fall off even with the temp changes here in WI or even going through car washes. So hope this helps but it still comes down to personal preference. Best of luck. Either way I think they are a good thing to have especially in the summer.
