I've seen it locally at auto parts stores (can't remember which). Kinda cheap looking IMO. It's one of those things, do it right, or don't do it. Too much fake stickon stuff is kinda tacky looking.

I agree "do it right or not at all." But for some of the stuff I want to do the real thing just doesn't
look like it will work.

From the pictures, it looks like good quality stuff and has raised diamonds. As long as it butts up to something and you use it on a flat area then it probably will look fine. I can just see you using it for the firetruck look on the HHR. I was a firefighter from 1965-1772.

We use an acrylic material that is 3/16" thick. The diamond plate pattern is embossed inside and it looks much more realistic.
