I think it would depend on how you were going to use it. Problem I having now is that with the theme I got I can only get certain peices in certain finishes. I have to choose how consistant I want the look to be.

What were you hoping to do with it?

Theme: Lil' Fire Truck
Well had a few ideas: diamond plate the black piece behind the lic plate bracket, change out the mirror caps, would like diamond plate on the running boards, and some other fire truck related things.

I would think its gonna be tough to find a material that will work well on all those areas. I'd think the vinyl would be a problem on the running boards. Might tear too easily. The material the Mike used for his products would work there but it wouldn't work well on the other areas you're doing. Too thick.

Good luck on the hunt. I wish I'd waited to do some of the things I've done since now that I'm getting farther along, some of the stuff doesn't match.

Well I've been talking to the local fire dept service shop and fire fighters I know to see if I can come up with some tools and such to use inside.

Well I'm also looking at redoing the fact. strip in Gold leaf and taking out the hhr and putting a fire fighters cross and then have the fire fighters in gold leaf on the endgate.
