Vinyl Help Please!

I have been searching around the forums and I cant find what im looking for but I have been on ebay.

Im looking for a way to get black bowties for the front and back. I saw on ebay that there is a guy who sells vinyl overlays but im afriad it wont cover the entire gold bowtie.

Im also looking for some black eyelids that follow the body lines.

Can anyone help out please! I just got my hhr on friday and im ready to mod it!!

Get a piece of vinyl and cut them yourself. I didn't like the goofy gold bowtie on the back and the vinyl bowties that people sell on ebay look like crap because they leave you with an ugly gold ring around the vinyl. It's not hard to do yourself and this is the end result:

They were not removed from the HHR. Just lots of newspaper and tape.

This is Theresa's getting the same treatment that mine got.........

Here's a side pic of the rear bowtie painted without having to remove it. Like jx3 said, lots of tape and newspaper.

but if you really want to use vinyl on cover the bowtie you can always go the ebay way and buy inexpensive sheets from there. link

Check out this website:

http://www.edecals.com/misc/supplies.html

They carry bulk vinyl as well as lots of graphics, etc.

I didn't realize you could cut them yourself. Do you silicone them on or what? Or can you get peel off vinyl and cut those? With my trucky double grill, mine look kinda clunky.
