My wife has a relative that works in an insurance office here in Massachusetts. Her words are "Good luck with an accident claim. If you cover any safety warning labels and file a claim, the claim will not be paid." I guess I will hold off on the bowties for now.

That is the manufacturer putting them there to CYA or CTA, not the Government. I know how that works, I work for a Manufacturer, "Trust Me."

Exactly what does it say on the warning label? Always wear your seatbelt; Don't put your baby in the front seat; Airbags will explode in your face. If you follow what it says on the label what difference does it make if you cover it up? And what about people who put those CD holders on their visors? Are you telling me that the insurance company wouldn't pay a claim because an aftermarket accessory was covering a warning label? It would be different if you ignored the warning and tried to claim that you never saw the warning because it was covered up. Let's be realistic here...

I'll take the same thing jaydogg wants (carbon fiber with gray bowtie), but let's see some pics first - as soon as you can!

Glad someone posted on this thread or I would have never known. Thank god I can finally do something about those stickers. I peeled them off on my last car and it was a BAD idea. This however is a way better solution.
Thanks!
