Fishing line....... Work it through the double sided foam tape for the emblems. Clean up with goo gone.

The bowtie can be a little tricky depending on where you want to separate..... The gold plastic piece is prone to breakage and is taped and hot glued. The chrome bezel under that is sticky taped to the gate trim and easier.... see above. Or paint it in place...... easy. Just mask properly for overspray.

I used a car wash power washer with the tip being padded from scratching the car by a wash cloth or towel.

for the LS badges that is. I haven't done the bowties.

Not far. It's a wash bay. All I had to contend with was the water catch under the car.. but they all got about a foot or 2 back. I only lost one chicklet.. A&P will be getting them no charger here soon as I get a chance to get to the post office.

Thanks for the replies! Any suggestions on what to use to stick the bowtie back on? I figure I'll take it off with the chrome bezel attached. I just know I'll mess up painting it while on the car. I have a bad history with overspray, lol.

So, now I just need ta get some fishing line..
